⚠️ Service Operating Status & Web Portal Notice:
The CloudForwards web portal interface (direct browser dashboard) is currently under extended scheduled maintenance and transitioned to long-term standby mode. However, all core cloud-to-cloud file transfer capabilities, Google Drive synchronizations, and account integrations remain 100% active, fully functional, and exclusively accessible via our official Telegram Bot (@driverxsharebot).

This Privacy Policy describes how CloudForwards ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our") accesses, collects, uses, and safeguards user data when you authenticate and use our cloud file transfer services via Google OAuth and our connected interfaces.

1. Google User Data Accessed & Collected

When you explicitly authorize CloudForwards via Google OAuth, we access only the minimal scopes required to perform your requested file management tasks:

Google Drive Scopes (drive / drive.file): Used strictly to read files you choose to transfer and write/upload files directly into your authorized Google Drive folders.
Basic Profile & Email (userinfo.email): Used solely to identify your connected account and display your active storage quota in the bot interface.
OAuth Access & Refresh Tokens: Stored securely in our encrypted SQLite / SQLite-backed user database to maintain your authorized session without requiring repeated logins.

🔒 Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:
CloudForwards' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We use your information exclusively to provide user-directed cloud transfer functionality:

To transfer, stream, and organize user-selected files between external storage providers and your personal Google Drive account.
To check available storage quotas before initiating large transfers so your storage is never exceeded.
To send progress reports and transfer completion confirmations to your personal Telegram session.

We do NOT:

Store your file content permanently on our servers (all transfers stream directly in-flight).
Sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google tokens to any third parties or advertisers.
Use your Google Drive data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3. Data Storage & Security Safeguards

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your credentials:

All data transmissions between your browser, Telegram, and cloud servers use TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
Tokens are stored securely and isolated by Telegram User ID.
Temporary in-memory file buffers are discarded immediately once file streaming completes.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your connected accounts and stored data at all times:

Instant Disconnect: You can revoke access and permanently delete all stored tokens from our database anytime by tapping Disconnect Google Drive or running the /disconnect command in the bot.
Google Account Permissions: You can also revoke CloudForwards permissions directly from your Google Account Security Dashboard.
