By connecting your Google Drive account or utilizing any services provided by CloudForwards ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CloudForwards provides automated, high-speed cloud-to-cloud file transfer utilities designed to transfer, stream, and manage digital files between external cloud storage providers and your personal Google Drive account without consuming your local internet bandwidth.
You agree to use CloudForwards strictly for lawful personal or authorized organizational purposes:
Authorization is granted via official Google OAuth consent screens. You may revoke CloudForwards' access to your Google Account at any time:
/disconnect command or Disconnect Google Drive button.Upon disconnection, all authentication tokens are permanently removed from our active database.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our Telegram bot infrastructure maintains high availability and continuous transfer capabilities, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update rate limits, or adjust storage transfer quotas as necessary to maintain infrastructure stability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudForwards disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or any data loss that occurs on external cloud providers.
